There is no cart or checkout on this site, so we do not collect or process payment card details here at all.

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, whether that is a question about a watch in the collection, a valuation request, or general correspondence. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email to let you know about new arrivals. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for anything beyond the purpose you gave it to us for.

Spam protection and analytics

Forms on this site are protected against automated spam submissions using Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information (such as your browser and IP address) to confirm you are not a bot. We also use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate; this does not identify you individually.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed dealer, and resolve any dispute, after which they are deleted or de-identified. We take reasonable steps to keep the information we hold secure.
